Job responsibilities:
1. Based on the company's strategic goals and the company's actual situation, formulate performance appraisal methods and plans that are consistent with the company's development;
2. Collect and analyze various performance data of the company, and organize each center/department to complete the adjustment of performance evaluation methods and evaluation standards;
3. Organize and implement performance management, supervise the performance evaluation process of each center/department, and solve problems in a timely manner
4. Guide each center/department to carry out performance evaluation work; organize and implement performance evaluation interviews;
5. Responsible for monthly social security and provident fund change operations, monthly salary accounting, and exception handling;
6. Help the connected business departments recruit outstanding talents, build echelons, and carry out daily personnel management work;
7. Responsible for the coordination and handling of employee complaints, employee changes, rewards and punishments, and labor disputes;
8. Responsible for file collection, organization and storage.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, major in human resources is preferred;
2. Familiar with regulations and processes such as human resources compensation, performance appraisal, training, etc., and familiar with various national labor and personnel regulations and policies;
3. Familiar with laws and operating procedures related to social security and provident fund;
4. Priority will be given to those with experience in building and implementing a 0-1 salary performance system;
5. Have strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to formulate and implement plans;
6. Have work enthusiasm, good interpersonal communication, and strong ability to withstand pressure.
